From an article in the LA Times about the listing of Orcas in Puget Sound as endangered by the Bush Administration after U.S. District Judge Robert S. Lasnik forced them to reconsider.
Here's the money line...
The judge wrote that the fisheries service was wrong to declare that the best available science on orcas dates to 1758.
